FIELD BEHAVIOR AUDITOR
Our field survey software gives supervisors a tool to observe, measure and coach employees at the exact moment they need it in real-time. When employees are doing something unsafe and the supervisor wants to show the correct way to do the job, the supervisor can click a button that will show a short video clip demonstrating the correct way to perform the job. Coaching and correcting improves safe behavior unlike anything you have seen before, and it is used by many Fortune 100 companies.
BENCHMARK CLAIMS WITHIN INDUSTRY
We compare your company’s premiums against other similar companies. This will determine if the number of claims in your company is above or below your peers to get industry comparison. AGGRAVATED INEQUITY AUDITS

Our courses can be taken from any smart device, they are SCORM compliant and include courses for OSHA compliance. Once the employee completes the course, an electronic record and certificate is available to print for their file for evidence of training.
PREDICTIVE BEHAVIOR PROFILE
Injured workers may take advantage of a claim and even sue, driving-up your claim costs, insurance premiums and Experience Modification. We co-developed a personality test with psychologists from the University of Tennessee that helps identify and avoid high-risk employees.
